As UI/UX Designer, I spearheaded the complete UX/UI redesign of the Obymare stablecoin protocol website on the Cardano blockchain, transforming a nascent DeFi platform into an intuitive gateway for users navigating overcollateralized stablecoin minting and liquid staking. Facing initial challenges with convoluted interfaces that alienated non-expert users amid Cardano's unique eUTXO model, the team brought me on board after an unsuccessful internal revamp attempt. I distilled intricate concepts like collateralized debt positions, efficient liquidations, and ADA-backed $OBYUSD issuance into seamless, digestible flows, crafting end-to-end solutions via iterative wireframing, high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborative user testing to ensure accessibility, engagement, and trust in a high-stakes crypto environment.
